Guys arrived half an hour early and were willing to wait until appointment if needed (not needed). They thoroughly explained everything and told me I overestimated the number of stair landings, thus saving me some money. Product smelled good but not overpowering. Got little spots out that I thought we’d just have to live with. Great job!
