My rep, Nick, was thorough in explaining what he was going to do and the process. He offered helpful suggestions on the carpet treatment I needed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets look nice and I will likely use them again in the future.

My old carpet looks cleaner and brighter. Cody called and asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. He worked fast, and the job didn't take as long as I expected. I like the idea that this cleaning did not add more soap to the carpet.

We had a rather dirty whitish carpet that came out really clean. We had tile floors cleaned and the grout cleaned up well. We wanted to have our marble counters cleaned in the master bedroom and the zerorez associate said that they could not do anything to improve the appearance and that we needed to have a stone company grind and polish it. I appreciated that so that we didn't waste money on a cleaning process that wouldn't work.
