I had great service from start to finish. Though I am waiting to hear about my area rug that I sent with Patrick to be serviced at the main station. As the fibers of the rug were not conducive to be in house. Fingers crossed it goes well or that their is honesty and it is unable to be done without wrecking it.

That is my only feedback. That the technician was not skilled enough to know much more.

Fast, efficient, clean carpet!

We have used Zerorez before and like that it does not have all the additional
chemicals. Zach was very professional and took care of the areas we needed
to clean. Hope the spots don't come back but looks good now. We did get
the protectorant so hope that helps also.

Before Christmas we had our microfiber sofa cleaned and our carpeted stairs. The sofa looks much cleaner, but the tech did an awesome job on our stairs....they are really clean, especially the bottom 3-4 which always get the dirtiest.

Technician was competent and went extra mile to move furniture and clean underneath. Finished our floors in 1 1/2 hours for reasonable price. Technician showed genuine personal concern regarding our own desires.

I like that there was no wet carpet after it was done and for the most part the spots were taken care of.
