The two guys Phil and Cory (?) I i think were both professional and thorough. They did a great job and the carpets looks awesome. There is one spot at the top of the upstairs that is soaked. I have used several towels to sop it up. It is like a bucket spilled maybe - a few days out it is still damp. Besides that - I am so happy with the job and love my clean carpets.
