Damien, the service technician, was on time, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. One of the cleaned areas was tile with grout lines.
The day after the job was completed to my satisfaction, ZeroRez called and said that Damien thought we would benefit from a second application of grout sealant. This service was offered complimentary on the day after initial service and within two hours of the call. I am very pleased with the results.

Altho, not the least expensive of companies but you get what you pay for, Zerorez does offer good deals and coupons. I try to wait until coupon and deal time for our service.

I thought technician Michael was very thorough and patient. He took care of our wall surfaces. He very patiently explained the pet mitigation and options that we had. He was excellent. Even though he explained that the pet spots might still have an odor, I am disappointed compared to past treatments when we had the same the same treatment. I think the odor is worse than before this treatment. We will try and air it out, see if that makes a difference.
I am curious to see if EZ reads this entire response, and if it responds.
