Grayson cleaned my carpet and he was very friendly and professional. Even though my carpet is very old it came out looking good. It did take a long time to dry though it seemed but I was very satisfied with the service. He was prompted and called ahead of time.

Zerorez may cost a bit more than some other services but it has delivered consistently excellent results and this is extending the life of my carpeting. I would not use anyone else. Worth every nickel.
