Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable about what to expect from the cleaning, ie., which stains would likely come out and which wouldn't. He was right on all but one - the stain did come out! There was no chemical odor at all which was very nice and the carpets dried quickly. Jordan was in and out in under an hour and a half.
I like that you don't use a lot of chemicals and that your service is consistent and predictable. Your employees are always nice and considerate of my home. It feels so clean now.
