We won’t use anyone else for carpet cleaning. Carpets are clean and soft and not sopping wet. No chemical odor.

My tech was great! The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because when I called for the quote they told me $234 (4 bedrooms and 12 stairs). The tech said they didn't quote 4 bedrooms and that the closet wasn't included in a bedroom. I did have to make a couple date changes due to the construction crew taking longer than planned so I don't know if something got lost in the shuffle but it was over $300.

love that the products are clean & safe....your guys are always so diligent about protecting the house with shoe covers and corner protectors....and all of them are so nice!!!

Zerorez brings their own liquid solution and takes the dirty water solution back when they leave! One of the few companies that still suction the moisture out of the carpet instead of leaving it wet with their soapy residue!
