I have been using Zenorez for about 7-8 years and I could not be happier. It is a older carpet but when they clean it, it looks so great. And Daniel has done our carpeting and he is so thorough.. He also did our recliners and was fantastic doing those. I really like the company and it does not take that long to dry. Wonderful company!!!

ZEROREZ did an amazing job with our carpets. Cecil was our technician and called us 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment. He walked throughout our house noting areas of concern. Cecil explained his process for the carpet and answered a few of our questions. He promptly began cleaning which was about 2.5 hours for both levels. The carpets look great and the house smells fresh. Scheduling the appointment thru the website was super easy. ZEROREZ called to confirm our carpet request. They also gave us a reminder call. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I am happy that I chose Zerorez to clean the carpets in my new home! The entire experience was positive, from the communication before my appointment to the day of, with a phone call notifying me as to when Gunther would arrive at my home. Gunther was very professional and listened to my concerns regarding a couple of spots on my carpet, which he was able to remove.
