I like that you don’t use chemicals in water for cleaning. It always drys faster and smells better. We did have to have carpet recleaned because of pet problem. But he applied pet cleaner and enzymes and it helped a lot. He was very good at explaining what and why they use certain cleaners.however I don’t recall being offered the pet cleaners in the first place but he may have, as I was not present but had a friend there

Arrived when they were scheduled on time, the tech was very polite, wore shoe covers, covered our hardwood floors, used wall corner protectors and asked if we had questions or concerns.

The no residue, your technician this last time was the best ever. I don’t think any of the previous technicians ever pre-sprayed which he told me is supposed to be normal procedure. Hopefully, next year we get the same tech again or somebody that knows what they’re doing properly.
