I like the fact there is no soap in the cleaning solution. My carpets are so soft after a cleaning,not crunchy. I have pets and I like the fact you guys have a special way to treat areas that have been soiled by my pets.

My old carpet looks cleaner and brighter. Cody called and asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. He worked fast, and the job didn't take as long as I expected. I like the idea that this cleaning did not add more soap to the carpet.
