I like your service the only thing I didn’t like is it was almost 100 dollars over what I was quoted on the phone.

Technician had excellent customer service, non toxic cleaners are used, the carpets were dry in a couple of hours and look brand new again. I will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

It is nice to have the carpet cleaned and not feel overwhelmed by the chemical smell. The carpet feels soft and clean. The two gentlemen that came were polite and explained everything they were going to do. The even filled me in on processes as they did them. The pet smells are gone. The most important thing for us was that there be no chemical residue left behind on our carpets and furniture. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I love that the maintenance is every 3 to 5 years vs. annually. Zerorez has earned themselves a customer for life!
