Trust the cleaning process. Carpet (10 yrs.+) feels great underfoot and looks refreshed. A few pet area issues resolved quickly; not with extra cost rather suggested maintenance cleaning routines. Tech was friendly, efficient, and did a very good job!

The carpets turned out beautiful! They look like new yet they are 30 years old! Love walking on the carpet - feels like walking on a cloud!

This was our first time to use your service. Patrick, our technician, was a polite and efficient young man and seemed to care about his work. I like the "corner cones" you use. He asked me to inspect the carpet to see if there was anything I'd like redone and cheerfully gave an area of high use another once-over with a smaller tool. I could tell the difference as he was doing it. Its been a week and everything still looks great.

Patrick did a great job. No one has cleaned our carpet as well. Tracking area has always been a problem. This is the first time that our carpet and that area has looked so good.

Our tech, Chris, was super friendly, very professional, and did great work. The home we moved to has a lot of carpet and we will absolutely be using Zerorez at the new house in the future.

Very quick to get services set up and Josh arrived very promptly day of services. He was courteous and respected COVID precautions the whole time he was at my property. Josh stretched and cleaned carpets in five rooms. He was quick and efficient and pointed out some problem areas but took care of them as best he could. The carpets in our new home look great! Josh even fixed the toilet for me that wouldn't stop running!!
