First and foremost, Luis is an amazing tech. He worked diligently to get my carpet clean. When he finished and I came upstairs I said, “Holy sh*t! That is so much better than I expected!” He was well educated in the process and answered all my questions. Secondly, I really appreciate the non-chemical but fresh smell of the carpet. Third, the carpet dries relatively quickly, 4-5 hours for my house. Luis followed all COVID precautions and was a very kind person in general. Thank you so much!

So far, your techs have always arrived on time. The work is done promptly and the quality is always very good. Techs are polite and courteous.

The gentlemen that I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was so very helpful and kind.
Roy who came to clean the carpet called to let me know he was on his way and so very nice when he got here. Roy did a great job cleaning the carpet for me.

The technician was wonderful, he called and asked if he could arrive to the home early because he had a cancelation. Which worked better for our schedule, he was quick and efficient, friendly and did a great job with the carpets. He went over the add on we could do based on each room so we could pick what each room specifically needed. I would definitely book him again in the future.

Have used zerorez for years and wouldn't ever go back to soap and reoccurring spots again!

Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of my tech, but he did an amazing job on my 20 yr old carpet! I seriously doubted the traffic areas would come totally clean, but he got them perfectly clean!
