Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of my tech, but he did an amazing job on my 20 yr old carpet! I seriously doubted the traffic areas would come totally clean, but he got them perfectly clean!

On time, friendly staff, quick in and out. My only complaint was the technician was not careful enough when pulling his equipment up our outdoor steps and garden and broke off my day lilies that Had just bloomed.
