The crew you sent to my house was very nice, professional and efficient. I was running late and they were a bit early so I gave them my garage code and they got in and out and didn’t try to needlessly upsell me for the sake of doing so.

I was very pleased after Eddie was done with the carpet. He as very nice and did a good job. The one problem was after it dryed the spots I had before where still there. Now My daughter has t come and spot clean. Felt bad about that. I guess I never watched to see if you spot cleaned before the cleaning. This must not been a company policy.I dont feel this was Eddies fault. The carpet did get nice and clean. Thank you and have a Blessed Holiday.

I like your method of cleaning very much and, with just a few exceptions, I've liked your technicians. This time it was Nicholas & Drew.They were very friendly, professional & thorough. When I asked about masks, there was no hesitation on their part. They immediately put them on. (I hate the things myself, but my husband & I are both elderly & he has many underlying conditions.) They did exactly the areas I mentioned & the carpeting now looks amazingly good, despite being very old. Thanks.

The tech used his shoe covers most of the time, not all. I told him no shoes on carpet...

Every time we use you the price gets more and more expensive. Over $700 for carpet cleaning is very high. Half our house isn't carpet.

Tech said he wasn't charging for one of the closets because it was so small and I see he did charge for all 3.

The laundry room is like a hallway.

I may look for someone local and cheaper next time.
