The technician was very friendly. He had trouble with his truck, but kept us up on what was happening. Once another truck arrived he and the other technician did a good job cleaning our carpets.

Ashtin did a great job helping us get out some tough urine spots. Although he had to come back out the following day because one of his helpers had not done a thorough job as he had done in the basement, he came back and finished the job upstairs with a great attitude.
