Good service — carpet not soaked - quick drying
We made the decision to use Zerorez because we were offered $33 as a unit for stairs (not PER stair) at the Garden and Home Show. The technician was not told this and the estimate came out higher than we expected. After a couple of telephone calls, the issue was resolved and the price of cleaning our carpet was closer to what we first estimated. The technician (G) did a good job cleaning our carpets.
The carpet cleaner was very courteous and careful. He was very competent and advised me on what was happening (my carpet had a horrible stain) and he didn’t over clean and potentially damage the carpet. I appreciated his concern as he handled everything.
I have used Zerorez before and trust the process. I am always happy with the results. In addition to this, the technicians have always been honest, considerate, well trained and professional. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The only negative is that when making the appointment, it should be explained thoroughly so that when the employees get there they don't have to spend time explaining to customer what constitutes the pricing.
