No matter who comes to clean our carpets, they do a great job. We don't use anyone else.
Our technician - Noah, did a great job on the carpet, and was very friendly and thorough. Two things were a disappointment.
First, the chair that he 'cleaned' did not come clean. He gave me a slight reduction, but he should not have charged anything as all the stains remained.
Second, he left a 2x3 stain on our grass. He must have dumped some dirty water on our lawn. This patch is completely gone now. We hope it comes back, otherwise we will have to call someone in to help us with the lawn. I am surprised this happened as ZeroRez must be familiar with this type of thing.
Other than that - thank you.

They clean
Technician was on-time, well-prepared and listened to my concerns about working around a piece of heavy furniture with wooden legs that was to remain in place. The job was completed without issue and the carpet looked clean and the pile refreshed, a big contrast to its earlier condition. I'm very happy with the results. And no perfume or chemical odors detected. The equipment appeared to be very modern, housed in the van with only a pair of hoses brought into the rooms.
I think my cleaner went above and beyond.
