Fast and reliable
The first cleaning did not remove a stain on the carpet. When I called for a followup, Daniel said that he would try to get it out. Since we are selling our house, he was concerned that a wicking of the stain would reappear. It did not so I was very pleased. Photographs were taken within 5 days and the carpet still looked fine. I was very pleased with the service that Daniel gave me. From Friday to Tuesday, the carpet looked clean.
Excellent overall service! Easy to book online and get a rough estimate of costs. Transparent pricing. My tech called to say he'd be arriving a few mins early (which I loved, given the 3-hr arrival window). We did a quick walkthrough of the areas to be treated. He reconfirmed the pricing for me without any pressure and got right to work. He checked in with me after completing each area to make sure I was happy, protected the areas that weren't getting cleaned, and gave me clear instructions on what to expect after he left (drying times, ongoing maintenance, etc). Very efficient process, fair pricing and quality service, highly recommend!
