I liked the 3 room special. The person working, Ryan, was also very attentive and explained some of the additional services that can be added. With additional services Ryan also did not need to reschedule, and did everything same day. Special equipment was used not to damage corners.
I cannot say enough of how impressed I was with my service technician. He did an excellent job with cleaning my carpets. He explained the cleaning process, especially in regards to pet stains and odors. My carpets dried in the specified time.

Daniel called to let me know he was on his way to my house and would arrive in about ten minutes. Daniel came in and looked at the carpeting in the three rooms I wanted shampooed. He recommended a topical solution and explained why. I understood his explanation and accepted the added treatment. Daniel was careful and took excellent care of my hardwood floors and walls. He didn't rush and was in and out in a little over an hour,
