My technician was professional and kind. He took the time to thoroughly look at all of the areas I wanted to have cleaned, and talk through options for the areas that had heavier soil. Once we agreed upon a solution, he got straight to work cleaning my carpets. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to achieve such amazing results!

You were able to come by a day after we called which was so helpful and needed as we had chocolate stains on our carpet following all the Christmas festivities. Billy was amazing and efficiently removed the stains and cleaned the area around resulting in no signs of the problem and the look of a brand new carpet! They are thorough with questions regarding the material of the rugs, carpet, furniture to be cleaned. Realistic about stains and ability to remove them. Cleaning products used have very little to no smell. Employees are experienced and hard working.
