ZeroRez - Ben and Taylor were very pleasant to work with, and our carpet has never looked better. Not only did they clean it with their new water system, but Taylor also sprayed a protectant to keep it looking like new after raking it. They were on time and were done in a little over an hour in our 1400 sf apartment. We will definitely us them again.

The people cleaning our carpets were curtious, knowledgeable, and knew what they were doing. Our carpets were thoroughly cleaned, and we are pleased with the results.

I always receive an estimate for services. I have a cat who sometimes 'leaks' and the tech who provided my service had a great nose for finding smells and pet damaged carpet areas.
He did an amazing job of perking up 10 year old carpet in an office especially underneath the office chair.
All got cleaned as usual with terrific service.
