I love that Zerorez uses a safe cleaning solution - it's an ionized/alkalinized cleaning fluid which acts like a soap, but without harsh chemicals and soaps. My carpets are thoroughly cleaned after each appointment and the result is outstanding. The carpets look, feel, and residual odors are gone. During my most recent cleaning, Billy did a fantastic job at my home, and also cleaned every inch of my stairs, including the vertical carpet of each. That was especially appreciated.
