I have been a customer for over 10 years! I have white carpet, and my carpet is still white after 10 years. I have your come every 6 months. Had two bad stains and you sent a nice young man who got them taken care of. Will only allow Zerorez to clean my carpets.
Clean and done well. Service tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Was surprised at how expensive cleaning furniture was. Suggest maybe making different price points such as "top only cleaning of cushions"...mainly bc our couch doesn't need every side done. Just a refresher cleaning on top.
