Professional and arrived on time. Friendly techs who too care of our property. Corner guards , moving furniture etc. We did, HOWEVER, have a few spots that they treated with special care that didn't come out. Not sure what to do on that.

Technician was very open in explaining the process from start to finish and made sure I understood and during the process has me check what was being done and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Had some wear on high traffic areas and explained he did the best to get the fiber's to fluff up to look better which is totally understandable and was surprised they came out as good as they did
