Everytime Zerorez comes to my house, I am happy. My rug is clean and the people who provide service by cleaning my rug(s) are polite, professional and very nice. Sam came to work on the carpet recently and did a pretty darn good job on my worn and dirty rugs. I tell all my friends and neighbors to use Zerorez.
I like that there is no soapy residue from the cleaning. This is the first professional carpet cleaning I've had. My carpet is fluffier and softer than the cleanings I've done with a rented machine. I'm happy with my service and result. I'll call Zerorez for future cleaning.

Wow! What a great job cleaning our carpet! The employee sent to our home did a fantastic job. Very thorough. The whole experience was extremely positive. From making the appointment, the email communications prior to our appointment and the carpet cleaning technician showing up within the window of time reserved and the service performed once at our home. He protected our wood floors and walls prior to starting. The service we received is exactly how all services should be performed - no matter the company. Zerorez Denver definitely raises the bar when it comes to customer service and doing a quality job. Our carpet never looked better. Thank you Zerorez for an outstanding job!

Your representative, Taylor, was polite and courteous and understood exactly what we wanted to have done. He was able to list our requirements and quote prices in an efficient manner. He worked steadily on the job and completed the cleaning in a reasonable amount of time. We would request to have Taylor handle our cleaning needs in the future.

The guy who did our carpets was extrremely careful, very polite and very efficient. I think his name was Jason or Jordan.
The technicians explained what they were going to be doing. They kept be updated on progress and showed me before and after photos. They were polite and professional
I liked that they could clean earlier than my scheduled appt. time, but they didn't call first to let me know they would be here two hours early. The technician was friendly & explained everything, listened to my concerns. He removed the dirt & old grease stains which was great. There is one spot on the carpet I didn't notice until they l left that was not removed. I noticed a small corner by the tile that wasn't cleaned & he said his machine could not fit, so he used a rag & spot remover. He said it would dry in 4-6 hours & it took 7 hours. I didn't move things back until the next morning to be sure it was all dry.

The techs are always polite, respectful of our home & wear shoe covers every time. They are very thorough in the cleaning process. We had couches cleaned and Cecil actually took the couches apart and cleaned every inch. It was impressive! Everything feels so cleans when they are done. Once I used Zerorez for the first time, they are now who I call every time I need carpets or couches cleaned!
