I feel the technicians do a really good job and are professional and courteous. The only draw back was the one individual who came out and did an estimate really blew the estimate which caused time delay. The end product was great

I WISH THE TECHNICIAN WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE WILLING TO MOVE A LITTLE FURNITURE - HE HAD ME MOVE MY CHAIRS FROM MY TABLE OFF THE CARPET - I AM 65 AND THAT IS A LOT OF WORK - I CAN SEE NOT WANTING TO MOVE A COUCH OR SOMETHING - BUT CHAIRS FROM MY TABLE? OTHER THAN THAT HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GOOD JOB.
Gunther was very pleasant and professional when he came to my home. He used all the apparatuses to protect my floors and wall corners - and even propped up the furniture on blocks to get the edges more cleaned. As a returning customer, it was a no brainer to use Zerorez 3 years later. I am very happy with the results and Gunther was great throughout the whole process. I will use Zerorez in the future and will refer the company when someone asks me who I used.
