Jacob HY was amazing...he explained all of the applications that he was going to use and how they would work on the carpet. He was very careful in treating the badly soiled areas. We have used Zerorez for several years and they have removed spots that we thought were a lost cause and all of them were removed successfully. We have been impressed by all the technicians that have served us. Jacob gets a extra star!
