I am not knowledgeable enough to comment on your products, but the service was great. The young man arrived early -- after calling to let us know he would be at our house in 20 minutes -- was personable, explained what he would be doing, and did a great job in about 90 minutes. He cleaned the living room and dining room and upstairs landing carpets as well as two flights of stairs. He was the best dressed carpet cleaner I have ever seen, quiet, polite, and informative. I would definitely use your firm again.

I have been pleased in the past. Since this is new carpet as of 11 mos ago
and I had to have it cleaned already. I am going to observe if your cleaning
has been satisfactory on this style of carpet.I realize that I had some obvious
spots that i caused with lotion.

Love the fact that there aren't chemicals all over our carpet, and that you can get out pretty much any stain.

Professional employee, very knowledgeable about your cleaning services and options. He called prior to appointment time to confirm. I even had him clean a ten year old 100% wool rug. It looks brand new! He also removed some old pets accidents stains from my carpet. The light smell of the product he used was very mild and clean and not over powering, nor did it linger after the carpet dried.

No soap residue to attract dirt! Technician explained the process well, before starting,and asked me to check carpet and give my o.k. before he left.

Devon was courteous and efficient. He also explained how Zerorez is patented and different from other waters and also Zerorez does not use harmful chemicals. There was no order--just a fresh smell shen Devon was finished with the carpets and tile floor. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!
