Your staff are very professional and pleasant. They always arrive on time and do a thorough job. I think the odor removal for pets could be better however. My stairs still smell like dog. My carpet is old so maybe it is impossible to get the stairs to smell better. Name removed

He proceeded to do a better job of cleaning than we expected would be possible with attention to detail and giving extra effort in some particularly soiled areas. We are very pleased with the whole experience. We will not be needing to replace our carpet quite as soon as expected.
