Our technician, Dennis, was so friendly and did such a good job on our carpets. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it, and showed us before and after areas in our bedroom! Cesar was a fast and hard worker. Everything is clean. He got all the stains out. I liked the fact that he said if any stains come up later, just call and he would come back and clean those. No stains have resurfaced.
