The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable about your product. I was very impressed with how he explained what needed to be done and what was not necessary. I had a pet urine smell on my through rug and he was able to eliminate this and the rug looks bran new. As for my stairs and rooms they have never looked so clean and feel like new carpet.

A punctual employee who arrived on time and was ready to start. He quickly assessed the layout, answered questions, and gathered his equipment. The job had some unexpected interruptions involving a neighbor's two dogs who escaped and had to be caught and held in this house until their owners were notified, requiring a change of carpet cleaning plan. Tristen was able to adapt and be flexible with the changes. He finished the cleaning, and the carpet looked and felt new and clean.
