It's refreshing that you use nontoxic products to clean the capets. It's reassuring not to have to deal with heavy duty chemicals. The service person who came to clean the carpet was respectful and explained the procedure before the cleaning.

There were a variety of treatment options/levels to meet our needs (particularly around our pet cleanup). This was the initial reason I looked into Zerorez - we couldn't hire just a standard carpet cleaner.
I was very impressed with the before/after of the black light and seeing how clean the surface of our carpet was (I just wish there was a way to see underneath, too!).
