They explain things up front, do a great job and are honest. We moved from Denver to Salt Lake recently, Hired Zero Rez to go in and clean the carpet throughout the entire house. The technician stayed in touch with me with information and results. The realtor did a follow up check on the condition of the house, everything was great.

The driver was very attentive and explained everything well.

Tech was on time, did an awesome job cleaning carpet, better than I thought possible! Couch also looks like new! Both items are not new! Didn't take any longer than he said it would take, explained all he would do first and asked if all was good before left!! I'm a very happy costumer!!!!
