However...the customer service we experienced with zerorez was *not* my favorite. While everyone was friendly over the phone, the actual "customer service" was all over the place. We had an appointment for August 22nd initially, but on the 19th, received a phone call telling us that they had double-booked us, and would need to reschedule. This is after we had made plans for our dogs to be boarded for the day ($75) and our kids to be at a playdate so that the house would be empty. A little bit of an inconvenience, but they did offer to give us $50 off our services for the reschedule. Great. We rescheduled. On September 19th, our technician was supposed to be at the house sometime between 10-1, so we scheduled a grooming appointment for the dogs so they would be out of the house. By 12:21, no one had called to tell us they were on the way (we were told a technician would call 30 minutes before their arrival), so we called into customer service. The rep I spoke with seemed VERY confused. Finally, after a long hold time, he got back on the line and told me that I would get a call back within 15 minutes. At 12:53, no call, so I called back again. Was on hold for 5 minutes, and hung up. At 1:13, I called again - was told that the tech would be out in 20 minutes. At 1:29, Bert called and explained that he didn't know that he had been double-booked from 10-1, and that he was on his way (and would be there within 20 minutes, which did turn out to be true this time).

When we went to pay for the service, of course there was NOTHING noted on our account that we were to receive a $50 credit, so Bert had to call into customer service on our behalf (I honestly didn't have the patience or the desire to do so - again - so thank you, Bert!). They offered a $30 credit, to which I was pretty annoyed with, to be honest with you. Bert worked with us, and gave us a better deal on the 3 rooms that were treated, and also threw in ScotchGuard at no charge, along with the $30 credit. That was okay with me - and frankly is the offer that should have been presented to us by customer service for the hassle we went through with having to reschedule and then having the techs come out so late.

The tech was incredibly informative helpful and very professional. We are having him back to do more rooms next Tuesday

The service technician was very professional and our carpets have never looked better after we have had then cleaned.

I liked the fact that there was no chemicals used, therefore no chemical smell after cleaning. Less chance of fabric damage due to chemicals. Furniture just smells fresh again and the color was brighter on each piece.

Communication between Zerorez and myself from the time of scheduling the appointment all the way through the service was very good. The service person Vance was very personable and careful when moving equipment in the house. I felt Vance was efficient at his job.

When we need more cleaning done I will give Zerorez another call.
