Shelby was our service man and he was very pleasant, polite and thorough in doing his job. He explained how he would give some pet stains special treatment.

The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. The cleaning process worked, and there was no unpleasant, OR pleasant fragrance left when the job was finished. A lingering perfume smell is a big pet peeve for me.

Carpet feels great after cleaning. Not stiff like most cleaning products. I love the fact that no soap is used. I vacuumed the next day just to see if carpet was really clean. I have a Dyson and I always have a full container to empty after vacuuming. This time after vacuuming the 4 rooms and hallway they cleaned I only had a very tiny bit of dust in the container. It's great to know the carpets are really clean.

The technicians always wear booties, they are polite and my carpets always come out looking so clean and smelling great!
