i don't like the schedulers. They often have trouble setting up the time, the amount I'm quoted for the service was different than what the technician charged me. I didn't like that. The scheduler also didn't tell me about the $11 water fee. You should be upfront about ALL charges. I love the process for the cleaning, but not the phone workers and the behind the scenes quotes.

John was very very good, explained everything he was doing and why, asked several times for me to check spots. He was very polite and worked very hard to get the carpet as clean as possible. I would very much like to make sure he is well documented as a very hard working, very polite employee.

The technician was very pleasant and helpful the carpets cleaned up very well and still look much , much better than they typically do after cleaning. I also like the fact that the carpets dried out much more quickly than is frequently the case. Would use them again.
