They do not leave a strong scent in my house and the carpets dry fast.

Admittedly, this is only the first time we've used Zerorez, but had it gone horribly, that impression would have permanently stuck. So I say, this first impression was a great one. Thorough and wonderfully done. Shelby did not say, "oh we probably won't be able to get that out" like Stanley Stupids has done in the past, but assumed he'd get it and if he couldn't, he'd utilize many tools before giving up. We have five boys under eight, and there is always some sort of marker or hot chocolate stain somewhere, so im always worried something wont come out. The carpet was dried totally by the next day also unlike Stanley No Stain Lifter, and even after my kids accidentally ran inside with boots, with the protectant, it STILL looks great.

The techs were fabulous! Carpet looks great, I'm impressed that they could fix the discoloration!

2. The workman, Angel, was able to remove paint stains and rust stains.
3. The workman explained the benefits of putting a protective product on the carpet, but there was no high pressure sales pitch. I really appreciated this. A few years ago, I had Sears clean my carpet. The workman was altogether annoying--every ten minutes he stopped working and tried to self me some service. I thought he would never leave!
4. The workman who came to clean the carpet, Angel, presents a great face of your company. He came on time, he was pleasant and knowledgeable, he clearly explained what he was going to do and got right down to work, and he was very careful to protect the floor on which he placed the hose. What is more, when I asked him if he liked his job, he answered "Yes" with a big smile. This is the kind of person you want working for your company, and this is the kind of workman a customer welcomes in his or her home.

We have used your services in Jacksonville, Fl as well as here in Denver, and have always been satisfied with your service, reliability and price. We did however balk at $5.00 per stair riser as we felt that to be unreasonable.
