We enjoyed the information, including the invoice total, what he was going to do, that your technician Diante(sp), shared before he started to treat our floor covering. We were pleased with the results and will call on Zerorez again in the future.
Technician was ahead of schedule, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He took pictures before and after to aid in explaining the process thoroughly. Would highly recommend and use Zerorez again!

The price more than doubled from what I was expecting, and I still have not gotten my gift card.
That they were fast, efficient and used their own water. The only thing I would like to see them do is use some type of covering over their own shoes while on the wet carpet.
