We were delighted with Zerorez. CJ was the man that called on us. He was on time and very courteous and efficient. He did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the Zerorez service. It was our first time to use Zerorez and it won't be the last. CJ went over and above and he actually was a 20.
Our carpet had numerous stains and I did not think they would come out, however the carpets are beautiful.

Service tech was great! Very friendly and helpful. But the carpets looked the same after being cleaned. Paid $350 for nothing!!! Will never use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone!
