Reliable .
They cleaned the floor with water. I heard them say they were going to clean it with water. Then I asked them what product they were using and they said a wood floor cleaner, but they did not know the brand. I am very disappointed in Zerorez. What a shame that a good company goes bad. I would like a refund. There are light streaks on the floor. It has been error after error after error.
Try a little harder to get stains out. Our technician did an ok job on the stains but didn't give it a lot of effort or elbow grease.
I thought my carpet was ruined. I was AMAZED that Zerorez was able to restore my carpet. It looks like it did when i moved in.

The cleaner was never run under the bed. If it had been, it would have taken care of the spots next to the bed, beside the nightstands. The nightstands were not moved for cleaning.

Our technician, Torrance, came early! He was very polite, very knowledgeable and worked hard. Our grout on our kitchen floor was quite dirty, but Torrance got it all cleaned up and sealed. We are very happy with the results.
