My carpet was clean! Stains are gone along with pet hair and odors!
Your agent was very helpful in recommending services needed. It appears that most of the stains are removed. He put the shifted furniture back in place. Good job!

The service and the service people were wonderful
The carpets didn't have a soapy smell, just clean. Also, they dried quickly. The technician explained the service and product and did a fantastic job.
Carpet cleaning was fine, the 'free' 100 sq ft. tile cleaning not as good - left a soapy residue that I'm cleaning up myself. Also the 'Jody Dean' special was supposed to come with 2 Hawaiian Falls tickets - I forgot to ask for and did not receive.
No residue! No smelly chemicals. No waiting 8 hours for it to dry.
Cesar did an excellent job on my rugs which had A LOT of PET STAINS...He was very professional and kind...keep him around...

I felt like once the technician saw I had pets and didn't pay for pet odor removal that he didnt even try to remove any stains. He did my entire house in 30 - 45 min. I was disappointed

I like that u do not use chemicals for cleaning that i do not want my family exposed to, anfd that yall do an awesome job. My kitchen tile looks like brand new.

Have the office or the driver call 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. There was no call which left us scrambling to put the last items away. I was still in bed when the technician arrived.
Do not try to upsell when he starts cleaning the carpet.
Wording on invoice was unprofessional: ... "customer just wanted bandaid."

Justin worked hard to make sure my older carpet was as clean and restored as could be. I was surprised at how good it looked when he finished. I was also pleasantly surprised that the "add-on's" I asked about weren't priced at five times the advertised price. Dalworth did that to my wife, and I'll never use them again.
