Cleaning of the Carpets was excellent, carpets were dry the next afternoon, while it was still cool rainy/damp weather. I had the windows opened while the rugs were cleaned, and had them remain open just about 30 minutes after the technician left. I then had the furnace on the day of cleaning, and the following day as temperatures outside were cold. However, the rug was completely dry the next day at 2 PM. I think the rugs were cleaned thouroughly in the edges and corners, and under the beds/dressers as much as possible. Furniture was protected with moisure prevention blocks. I think the carpets smelled fresh, without a chemical smell, and felt soft and clean when walked on.
The technician was EARLY so I did not have to wait at all! I liked the clean smell of the carpet the next day.

We've used Zerorez a number of times and have always been happy with the way our carpets look after the cleaning. The technicians are very thorough, polite and explain everything before proceeding. Of course it is also always nice to take advantage of promotional special pricing. I do think the donated blanket as part of having a carpet cleaned by your company in the winter is another plus in helping the community.
