Your unique cleaning process left our carpets very clean. Seems to be much cleaner than cleaning by the heated water, steam and soap method that is used by other companies. Also, you were able to clean wool carpeting without any problems. Your technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and articulate. You also stand by your work. We had a dried coffee stain that needed repeat cleaning to remove. Your technician was more than happy to do this. We are completely satisfied with your service and you have made us lifelong customers.

The gentlemen called giving me 30 minutes heads up before arriving. They introduced themselves, looking me in the eyes and shaking my hand. They looked for areas the pets may have soiled with a black light (fluorescent) and I was surprised at some of the areas I did not know about. I really appreciated this information and I made arrangement to have these areas treated. The team was quick, quiet, made polite conversation and left after they wete sure I was happy with their work. Excellent rating for your employees.

The young man, Alex, that came out on Thursday to clean our carpets was great. He called to tell me exactly when he would arrive and then he showed up exactly at that time. He was very kind and professional. He did a great job on the carpets. He had to drive almost two hours between appointments though. I hope he is getting paid for the time that he is driving between appointments. I want to continue to use zerorez because you guys have always done a great job but I want to make sure that your employees are paid for the time they are driving between appointments. Can you check on the law about that? Thanks!!! It's HARD to make it here in Silicon Valley and I like to make sure the people I hire are being paid a good wage.

I have a dog and a young grandson, so appreciate the cleaning without chemicals. I also like that the process doesn't soak the carpets, and dries quickly, so I can get my house back together sooner.

Excellent staff. You had to come back after an appointment 2 weeks ago because spots returned. The gentleman was very positive and professional. As of tonight, about 12 hours since cleaning, the spots appear to be gone. I will think positive. All in all, you are a good company.
