I like that customer service had no issues with coming back out to redo my carpet. I like that they were accommodating of my time. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with my carpet service. Nico was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to bring life back to worn areas, remove dirt from some stubborn areas and get out the residue the other carpet cleaners left behind. I have allergies so going with Zerorez was a no brainer. I will be using you again near the Christmas season or this time next year. Thanks for provided excellent customer service.

Hondo was here on Fri april 28, to do pad extractions on a couple of spots. As Hondo and I suspected, one spot came back(family room). It was suggested, the next course of action would be a pad removal/replacement. Wondering how long I can wait, before having this procedure done.

They are always on time, do an excellent job, and are very accommodating. Alejandro was an excellent technician. He recommended our tile kitchen floor be cleaned and tested a spot so that I could see what the results could be. I agreed to have him clean and seal the floor and I'm pleased.

While I can't comment just yet on the overall outcome of the cleaning, I found the customer service and ease of setting up to be superb.

I am beyond impressed -- from the day of onsite Sales Representative, to Customer Service phone and email follow ups and reminders, the window of time someone got back to me with my questions, arrival time, onsite service guy (Lane) and completion of job...just amazing all around -- from beginning to end. I would definitely use this company again.

The technician (Lane) communicated very well regarding timing, age of my carpet, wear spots, stains that would probably re-appear, etc. He was extremely professional and very quick.
