There is no odor and the carpets dry within a reasonable amount of time. Usually the other carpet cleaners leave too much water and the fragrance causes problems with out allergies.

The cleaning system works well. Also leaves the carpet fairly dry and dries completely within 24 hours. Technician seems knowledgeable, and offers available services, but not pushy. Realistic about what to expect, given the old age and hard service of portions of our carpet.
