Technician arrived ON TIME!! And he was very courteous and efficient. That is almost unheard of around here. Our carpets are 15 years old, and they looked much better when he finished. There were a few stains that remained, but like I said, the carpets are 15 years old. This is probably the last cleaning before we replace them. It certainly bought a several extra months before we have to do that, though.

I like that no shampoo is used, because the carpets stay cleaner longer. They also dry faster.

Best cleaning of 25 year old wool berber carpet we have ever had and this is the third time we have used Zerorez. Technicians did a great job on one of the hottest days we have had in So. S.F.
Drying completely in about 4 hours and no after smell of chemicals. Great Job, will definitely call Zerorez again when next cleaning time comes.

Non toxic products

I used you for the first time lat fall in the big two story house I sold with white carpeting throughout. You did a fantastic job and so when I moved to my new home I called you again. I like the product you use and the carpet really looks clean and the stains are gone. I had previously gone with another company for years but had an unfortunate experience that you were able to fix at my last location. I also like the options on the wood floor and had the measurements taken at the same time for future cleaning,.
Leanna answered the phone to take my order and she was wonderful and was able to get me in the same day!

Scott and Kevin arrived right on time, looked at carpet (25 year old wool Berber) and told us would be almost impossible to do anything but clean worn and well used paths in it and we knew that but just wanted it cleaned. And that they did and I do mean cleaned it well and to our satisfaction and I want to acknowledge them by giving them an outstanding 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Was a real warm day in So.S.F. but they didn't let that stop them from getting right to it. We did tell them how well we were please and they left with a tip and a cool drink. Took sometime to dry but they left us some booties that we had asked for. Thanks Scott and Kevin. I will ask for them next time if they are still with company. Great employees for Zerorez. Very polite and friendly.
