We really liked Eduardo Rodriques, he did an amazing job on our carpets which were heavily stained. He worked really hard, was extremely thorough on the "white" carpet.

This is my 3rd time using Zerorez. The second time I was not happy. I needed to pet refresher, I ended up spraying the carpet myself. However, I decided to try again and I am glad I did. The young man took his time in each room and did a really nice job.
I am pleased with the results and Oscar was very good doing the cleaning and helping me move some furniture.

The technician was well dressed, respectful , took great care to protect walls and furniture. He explained all the cleaning tools and what he would be doing. Also was able to get out some tough stains.
