Ed did a fantastic job! I have used Zerorez a few times in the past but it had been a few years since I had my carpets cleaned. To tell the truth, I really thought the 35 year old off-white carpets were hopeless and had to be replaced. There were a lot of ugly dark stains and traffic areas that were closer to black than white, plus some water damage from a backed up drain.
But I thought I'd take a chance and see how bad it was after cleaning.

So I shocked when I saw what Ed did! All my carpets look like new again. There are no signs of the damage or stains or traffic! No need to replace the carpets! In fact it's so beautiful I can't believe it's my condo! Also Ed was extremely professional, courteous and showed up right on time. I will definitely make it a habit to use Zerorez more frequently and also recommend you to my neighbors in the condominium, many have the same 35 year old carpets as I do! This is my second time using Zerorez for my carpet services and I been very happy and satisfied with the work they provided for me. Employees are nice and polite. They did job well and I would totally recommend it to family and friends. My carpet was almost completely dry by the end of the day and it smelled good and it was soft. Yes I did smell my carpet with my nose. Its little too expensive but you won't be disappointed.

Safe cleaning process and good service

The technician was very helpful, courteous, polite and hard working. He was very patient in preparing the invoices for my tenant and me and that is appreciated. Without reflecting on him, I was a bit disappointed that I was not given any spot remover to use for future quick cleaning as other companies have done. I might have been interested in the Premium Fiber Protector treatment but felt that it was just too expensive and was not sure how long it would last.. I also feel that this should be offered at the point of sale or before the technician starts the job. Offering it as an after thought did not sit well with me and contributed to my decision to reject the offer.
