We had our tile and grout cleaned and there was a residue left behind and some areas that weren’t properly cleaned. I called and spoke to the Manager Jason and he was extremely professional and had one of the lead cleaners, Scott come out and fix the issue. Jason was patient and professional through the entire process and Scott was fantastic! He not only fixed the issue but he checked in with us along the way to ensure we were satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this company. The service technician was amazingly professional and communicated very well throughout the whole process. There was a disconnect on the quote, but he called the office and got it taken care of! Getting an estimate is easy, scheduling is also easy and confirmed via email, techs show up on time with working equipment. They are professional, focused and flexible. My two experiences with some difficult carpets in large rooms has been very good. There are other areas of the campus we will be introducing you to as my budget permits. The two men who performed my cleaning service were great. They let me know when they would be arriving. They were polite.
