I am thrilled with the job Tony did for me on Saturday 11/16/19 in Fremont. He showed up 1/2 hour early for my 8:00 a.m. appointment because Zerorez had informed him that I was strapped for time. Polite; intelligent. He explained the process as he went along, and I was impressed that some of the 10 years of stains seemed to be steamed/ whisked away by magic! Of course the carpet is even older than 10 years, but right now it looks better than the day I moved into the apartment. My only regret is that I forgot to send him off with a hot cup of coffee-to-go. Totally forgot until I saw it in my kitchen - my apologies, Tony, hope you stopped in somewhere and got a hot cup for the road! You've made me a Zerorez customer for life!
