My carpets look great and even with heavy foot traffic from Airbnb guests the cleaning lasts for months... much longer than when I clean them with a store bought carpet shampooer. Service was great and on time. You can beat the pricey too.

Zerorez always does a great job cleaning my carpets. The crew is prompt & professional.

That Zero Rez doesn't use toxic chemicals, the faster drying time, and that it only takes an hour to an hour and a half to complete the cleaning in my case; that you bring your own water.

Also, customer service is great! It was easy to schedule, I was notified and reminded of the appointment by email, and the cleaning team called 30 minutes before arriving.

Also, the "super bowl" promotion was great and helped me to get more areas cleaned than I otherwise would have.

Finally, the cleaning team of Justice Luera and Andy from the san jose office were EXCELLENT! Very professional, respectful and kept me informed before, during and after the cleaning process. I would request them again.

The process is very clean and does not leave a soapy residue. The rugs were very soft after the process.

on Tuesday of this week, a tech came and could not do his job as his equipment was not
working. I used to work in a service business in SF. and this is definitely not acceptable.
It was re-scheduled the next day. Jason and Miles were very good. The rugs did not
come completely clean, but it was enough.

I love the carpet cleaning. My carpet never looked,felt and smelled so naturally clean and fresh!
No chemicals used. I love the communication to set up an appointment and the technician also will call and update me that they are or will be on the way. I appreciate the professional treatment of me as a customer. I know the quality of work and timeliness of their crew!
They take their time and do a thourogh job at cleaning the corners and edges of the rug without pushing the dirt from the high traffic areas to the edges, instead they clean the edges first and then the high traffic areas and leave very little dampness behind.
Yes, the rugs are cleaned very well, but dry by the next day.
The technician always has checked the work order first, and the estimate as well before the rug cleaning or services are started, which I appreciate.
I have also had dryer vent cleaning, and also air duct cleaning as well which was done very well as well, and made my home very clean without dust and allergy causing materials that often collect in the air ducts even with regular schedule changes of my furnace filters and montly professional home cleaning service.
The Office Staff is always courteous and very professional to book appointments and ask for a specific technician and or add on a service especially with the good discount offers that are routinely offered by Zero Rez. Thank You. CK
